Your donation will provide long lasting support for communities dealing with the impact of the climate crisis in Kenya. The communities we work with experience this on a daily basis. It affects their health, livelihoods and their ability to provide food for their families.
The primary source of income for the families we work with are cash crops including maize, coffee and tea. When floods or drought destroy crops, families go hungry.
These already vulnerable households are on the front line of the climate crisis, struggling with limited resources.
With your help, this project will enable communities to adapt to climate change.
Your donation will support nutritious kitchen gardens, protect water sources, plant purposeful trees, and enable diversified livelihoods through business start-up resources and education. With your help we will install smokeless stoves to reduce wood use, & create a healthier homestead. We will address inequities through our sexual reproductive health program.
